No, Speech Me Therapay is private pay for service only. We do not submit any claims to insurance and are considered an out-of-network provider. Upon request, we are able to provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement.
If your child receives money through the ESA scholarship, Speech Me Therapy is a vendor through Class Wallet.

The cost for an evaluation typically ranges from $300 - $600 depending on the extensiveness of the evaluation and the age of your child. Payment is due based on the hourly charges for the testing appointment and report writing time.

Speech Me Therapy accepts payments securely through our online EHR portal, Simple Practice.

If you have concerns regarding your child’s development or ability to efficiently communicate, you might consider a comprehensive evaluation to find answers. Some indicators of communication challenges include difficulty following directions, communicating wants and needs efficiently, not being understood by others, failing grades, trouble understanding or expressing emotions, or making and maintaining friendships. If these challenges are impacting daily life, Haley can assist you in determining type of assessments may be appropriate for your child.

You can expect to receive the report approximately two weeks after all testing and rating scales are completed. Once you've reviewed the report and discussed recommendations, a personalized treatment plan will be created. From there, individualized speech and language therapy can begin right away.

Please provide notice if changes need to be made to your scheduled appointment. If an appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, you may be charged a $50 fee.

Ethically, a speech-language pathologist cannot indicate how many sessions a child will need to make progress with specific speech and language goals. Each child learns and masters skills at different rates. A child's prognosis is impacted by attendance and parent support.
